Hi,

Here, after the replacement of the wrong receiver, the servicer set up the scanning program and went off, after the scan ended I only have a list of found channels but I can not look at any one other than the FTA channel seems to me, for others there is a message "no access (11)", I tried to scan the programs again and restore the receiver to the factory settings but without success .does any idea have?

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
